Terms of Use. Effective May 24, 2026.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

If we learn that a User under the age of 16 has provided personal information or made a purchase through the Service, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate access promptly.

Manager's Cabinet is a web-based product that transforms publicly available Fantasy Premier League ("FPL") career data into personalized digital and physical artifacts, including free career cards, paid narrative career dossiers, and physical poster prints.

The Service includes the following tiers:

Free Career Card — A shareable digital image generated from your FPL career data. Access requires a valid FPL manager ID and a valid email address.

Premium Career Dossier — A paid, multi-chapter narrative artifact generated from your FPL career data using a combination of statistical analysis and AI-generated written commentary. Available for a limited time after purchase (see Section 7).

Physical Prints — Printed poster versions of your career card or dossier, fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider and shipped to your designated address.

Mini-League Cards — Free, shareable overview cards generated from publicly available FPL mini-league standings data.

Manager's Cabinet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Premier League, Premier League Productions, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club. All player names, team names, and related data referenced within the Service are sourced from publicly available information. Use of such names and data within the Service is purely descriptive and informational.

The Service does not require traditional account creation. You access the Service by providing your FPL manager ID and email address. Your email address serves as your primary identifier for accessing your cabinet, receiving transactional communications, and managing purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account associated with your use of the Service. You are responsible for all activity associated with your email address on our Service.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when using the Service. Providing a false or fraudulent FPL manager ID or email address constitutes a violation of these Terms.

The Service retrieves FPL career data from publicly available, unofficial application programming interfaces ("APIs") operated by third parties. We do not control, maintain, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of these APIs or the data they return.

You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) The FPL data displayed in your career card, dossier, or any other artifact is sourced from third-party APIs and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or delays.

(b) We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or unavailability in third-party API services.

(c) If third-party API access is restricted, modified, or discontinued for any reason, certain features of the Service may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to inform affected Users, but we bear no liability for such disruptions.

(d) We cache FPL data in our systems to ensure continued availability of your artifacts even during third-party API outages.

Portions of the Premium Career Dossier, including narrative commentary, archetype descriptions, and written analysis, are generated using artificial intelligence language models ("AI"). While we design our AI prompts to produce factually grounded output based on your actual FPL statistical data, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) AI-generated content may contain stylistic interpretations, subjective characterizations, or narrative embellishments that are intended for entertainment and emotional resonance, not as factual reporting.

(b) We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated text.

(c) AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

(d) All AI-generated content is cached at the time of initial generation and is not regenerated during the active availability window of your dossier.

Pricing — All prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Prices are subject to change at our discretion. The price in effect at the time you complete a purchase is the price you will be charged. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.

Payment processing — Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, currently including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details. Your use of these payment providers is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Taxes — You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase. Where required by law, applicable VAT or sales tax will be added at checkout.

Dossier availability — The digital Premium Career Dossier is accessible via a unique URL for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. After this period, the URL will no longer be accessible. You will receive email reminders before expiry. The underlying data and generated content remain stored in our systems (see Privacy Policy for retention details). You may purchase a regenerated dossier after expiry at the then-current regeneration price, which may reflect updated career data.

No automatic renewals — No purchase through the Service auto-renews or creates a recurring charge. Each transaction is a single, one-time payment.

We offer a seven (7) day refund window from the date of purchase for the Premium Career Dossier. If you are not satisfied with your dossier, contact us at contact@managers-cabinet.com within seven days of purchase. We may, at our discretion, offer to regenerate your dossier or issue a full refund.

Refund requests made after the seven-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Physical prints — Because physical prints are manufactured on demand by a third-party fulfillment provider, refunds for physical products are subject to the following conditions:

(a) If a print arrives damaged or materially defective, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund upon receipt of photographic evidence of the defect.

(b) We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the design you selected at checkout.

(c) Shipping delays caused by the fulfillment provider or postal services do not qualify for a refund, though we will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve delivery issues.

(d) If a print has not been dispatched within twenty-one (21) business days of your order, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

Mini-League Cards display publicly available FPL standings data for all members of a given mini-league. This data is sourced from public FPL APIs and includes FPL team names, overall ranks, and gameweek scores.

If your FPL data appears on a Mini-League Card generated by another User and you wish to be excluded, you may request removal by using the "Request removal" link on the relevant league card page or by contacting us at contact@managers-cabinet.com. We will process removal requests within fourteen (14) days.

You acknowledge that generating a Mini-League Card may display publicly available data of other FPL managers in that league. You agree not to use Mini-League Cards for the purpose of harassment, doxxing, stalking, or any other harmful activity directed at other managers.

When you generate a free career card, a permanent public URL is created for your card (e.g., managers-cabinet.com/card/[your-slug]). This URL is publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines.

When you share your card or dossier using the Service's share features, a referral identifier may be appended to the shared URL for the purpose of tracking referral activity.

You may request the removal of your public card URL by contacting us at contact@managers-cabinet.com. We will process such requests within fourteen (14) days.

Our content — All visual designs, templates, illustrations, software, code, AI-generated narratives, archetype descriptions, brand elements, and other materials created by or on behalf of Manager's Cabinet are the exclusive intellectual property of ChromCast LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Your artifacts — The specific career card and dossier generated from your data are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, share on social media, print for personal display, and use your generated artifacts for personal purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs, templates, or software used to generate your artifacts.

Prohibited uses — You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute your generated artifacts or any portion of the Service; (b) remove, alter, or obscure any branding, watermarks, or attribution from generated artifacts; (c) use the Service to generate artifacts for the purpose of impersonating another FPL manager; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access the Service or extract data from it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

(a) Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

(b) Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent FPL manager IDs or email addresses.

(c) Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other Users or FPL managers whose data may appear in league cards.

(d) Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.

(e) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other Users' data, or our systems.

(f) Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by these Terms.

(g) Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users, us, or third parties.

Physical print products are manufactured and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider. By ordering a physical product, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Shipping costs are included in the listed price.

(b) Production typically requires three to five (3–5) business days. Delivery typically requires an additional ten to fourteen (10–14) business days depending on your location. These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

(c) You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for products lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by you.

(d) Colors, textures, and materials in physical prints may vary slightly from digital previews due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, and materials.

(e) Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier designated by the fulfillment provider.

(f) International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

Mini-League Bundle Packs allow a single purchaser to generate and receive multiple career cards or prints for members of a shared FPL mini-league. By purchasing a bundle pack, you represent and warrant that you have a reasonable basis for believing the recipients would welcome receiving such an artifact (e.g., you are a member of the same mini-league).

Bundle packs involving physical prints shipped to a single address are shipped as a single consignment. Individual shipping to multiple addresses may be offered as a separate option where available.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

(a) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

(b) THE DATA OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND DATA SOURCED FROM THIRD-PARTY APIS, WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE.

(c) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

(d) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

(e) THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHROMCAST LLC, ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY EUROS (€50).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChromCast LLC, its members, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Informal resolution first — Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at contact@managers-cabinet.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Jurisdiction — If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Class action waiver — TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THE ENTIRETY OF THIS DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION SHALL BE NULL AND VOID.

EU/EEA Users — If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For Users who have provided an email address, we may also send email notification of material changes.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service and any generated artifacts is revoked; (b) we may delete your public card URL and dossier URL; (c) you remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations; (d) provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, and this Section 20) shall survive.

You may request termination of your association with the Service at any time by contacting us at contact@managers-cabinet.com.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChromCast LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by ChromCast LLC.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
